During the processing, the scales are carefully cleaned, dried, and dyed, so they are odorless. Being scales, they are very lightweight and gentle on the body. Some scales may have a natural curve.

Fine scratches or color variations may be visible on the surface of the scales.

Applying excessive force intentionally can cause them to bend or break.

If stored in a humid environment, the scales may absorb moisture and feel damp. Always keep them in a dry place. If they become damp, air them in a well-ventilated area for about half a day to dry.
