Business days

Our store is open Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00).

Orders will be confirmed and shipped during business hours. Shipments will be made within 5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order and the number of orders on that business day.

Temporary closures and New Year's holiday closures will be announced on our official social media accounts (Instagram: @oceanleather_official).

Shipping and Delivery

Nationwide flat rate: 500 yen

If your order amount is over 10,000 yen, shipping is free. *Okinawa included

  • Normally, we will ship your order via Nekopos or Takkyubin Compact (Yamato Transport). We cannot accept requests to specify a shipping company.

  • If the delivery address is "Okinawa Prefecture", depending on the product, delivery may take up to one week by sea.

Desired delivery date and time

 

The desired delivery date varies depending on the delivery address. If you contact us with a date outside of that range, we will not be able to accommodate your request. Due to weather conditions or circumstances of the shipping company, we may not be able to deliver the item on the desired delivery date and time.

Change of delivery address

 

If you wish to change the delivery address after your order has been accepted, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone (080-8630-2878). If the item has already been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company directly. You will also be responsible for any forwarding fees.

 

What's Included

 

If it is before shipping, you can combine multiple orders (combine shipping costs). If you would like to combine orders from the second order onwards, please write "Combined shipping request" in the comments section of the order screen. If you do not write this, the orders will be shipped separately.

In addition, even if you request to include items in the same package, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the timing of your request or system issues.

Returns and Exchanges

In any case, returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is "unused and unopened" and "contact us within 30 days after the product arrives." Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if there is no prior contact or if the method is not as specified.

If we receive a returned item that has not been approved by our store, we will refuse to accept it.

Leather is a natural material and is very delicate and easily scratched, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item was shipped incorrectly by our store.

  • If the return is made cash on delivery, the cash on delivery amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Symptoms that are not eligible for return or exchange

Symptoms due to manufacturing characteristics

  • Error between listed size and actual size

  • Individual differences, surface roughness, unevenness, small scratches, burrs

 

Symptoms specific to metal fittings

  • Lobster clasp: The plating on the opening has come off (if the moving parts do not move smoothly, apply oil).

  • Jump ring/Low: The shape of the solid brass when shipped and the gap at the joint of the plated product

  • Flat key ring: Misalignment of the gap at the opening

  • Beads: irregularities, burrs, chips

Cancellation due to customer's convenience

 

If you cancel your order before it is shipped (usually up to one hour after the order is placed), you can cancel by contacting us by email.

If the item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 

Dealing with refusals to receive goods

 

If you decline to receive a shipped item due to reasons such as refusal to accept it or long-term absence, the item will be returned to our store, and our store will incur losses in the form of round-trip shipping costs, packaging materials, and time spent on shipping and administrative processing.

If you decline to receive the item, we will charge you the actual cost of shipping both ways and an administrative fee (1,000 yen).

  • Items that have been returned cannot be reshipped.

  • If a refund is required, we will refund you via bank transfer. Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If there is no valid reason or payment is not made, we will refuse to do business with you again.
